Can we host a silent auction?
Absolutely! FloridaRAMA is a great setting for silent auctions, raffles, and other fundraising activities. Our flexible event spaces can be arranged to accommodate auction displays while providing plenty of room for guests to mingle and explore.
Is there space for live entertainment?
Yes! We can accommodate live music, DJs, speakers & other entertainment depending on your event layout and needs. Our team will work with you to create the ideal setup for your program.
Can sponsors be recognized?
Of course! We welcome sponsor recognition through signage, displays, presentations, and branded materials. Our events team can help identify the best locations for sponsor visibility throughout your event.
Can we decorate?
Yes! You’re welcome to customize the space with décor that reflects your organization and event theme. Decorations are permitted in accordance with our venue guidelines, and our team is happy to review your plans in advance.
Can alcohol be served?
Yes. Alcohol service is available through our licensed bar partners. We offer a variety of bar packages, including beer and wine, full bars, and specialty cocktails. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Is AV included?
Yes! Basic AV equipment, including microphones, speakers, and presentation capabilities, is included with your rental. If your event requires additional audiovisual services, we’re happy to coordinate rentals through one of our preferred vendors.
How many guests fit?
FloridaRAMA can accommodate events of many sizes, from intimate gatherings to full-venue celebrations of up to 500 guests. Our team will recommend the best event layout based on your guest count and program.
Can guests explore the museum?
Absolutely! Guests attending a full venue buyout enjoy exclusive access to FloridaRAMA’s immersive art experience throughout the event. They can explore the interactive exhibits, discover colorful photo opportunities, and enjoy everything that makes FloridaRAMA one of the most unique event venues in St. Petersburg. For events hosted in our smaller private event space, access to the full immersive experience is available with the purchase of a FloridaRAMA admission ticket for each guest.
