Liz Dimmitt

Founder & CEO

Liz oversees FloridaRAMA’s top level vision, operations and strategies. She has leadership experience in immersive art, cultural strategy and private equity. She holds a BA in Finance from Georgetown University and a MA in Art Business from NYU. She is an active participant in NYC’s and Tampa Bay’s cultural communities and was born and raised in Dunedin, FL.

Katelyn Maher

Experience Director

Katelyn is the Experience Director at FloridaRAMA, where she plays a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the entire experience operation. Katelyn’s journey began as an Experience Guide, progressing to Shift Lead and then an Assistant Manager, showcasing her unwavering commitment and exceptional leadership abilities. Her passion for uncovering the hidden narrative woven throughout FloridaRAMA adds a layer of intrigue to the visitor experience. Hailing from Long Island, New York, she holds a BA in Graphic Design and Leadership/Management from Eckerd College

Kristin Hemphill

Creative Director

Kristin comes to FloridaRAMA with 25 years of expertise in design and creative project management. She has worked with some of the world’s leading brands overseeing commercial interior design, brand development and environmental implementation. A certified jeweler, artist and creative entrepreneur, Kristin has always had a passion for mixing materials creating unique environments that are as functional as they are beautiful. As FloridaRAMA Creative Director she ensures project goals are met and each immersive space comes together in the most efficient, fun, and creative way possible.

Lindsay Collore

Business Director

Lindsay joined the FloridaRAMA team in 2020.

With a strong background in finance and administration, as Business Director she plays a key role in driving the company’s growth and operational efficiency, overseeing business strategies, financial planning, and cross-departmental collaboration. As a Florida native, Lindsay feels right at home immersed in the weird, wacky, wonderful Florida we celebrate here at FloridaRAMA. She is an animal lover, avid reader, thorough researcher, and nail art enthusiast.

Emma Murphy

Retail & Ticketing Manager

Emma is the Assistant Retail and Ticketing Manager at FloridaRAMA In her role, she works alongside the experience and marketing teams to oversee all retail functions and support the experience operation. She is originally from St. Petersburg, Florida and earned an AA from St. Petersburg College.

Jarah Adams

Events Manager

Jarah is the Assistant Experience Manager at FloridaRAMA. In his role, he works alongside the operations team to provide excellent customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests. A proud local, he was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida and earned a BS in Integrated Public Relations and Advertising from the University of South Florida- Tampa.

Nova Kukla

Lead Software & Technical Systems Engineer

Nova Kukla is a Full-Stack Developer at FloridaRAMA, specializing in web development, creative technology, and interactive experiences. After transitioning from a Shift Lead to a development role upon earning her Computer Science degree, she led the complete rebuild of the organization’s website. This project involved designing each page, developing a custom WordPress theme, and integrating backend systems for an optimized editor experience. Additionally, Nova manages the systems powering the museum’s interactive devices and developed an in-space game using Python, Raspberry Pi, and Arduino-driven touchless controls.

Sarah Jennifer Hardin

Marketing Expert & Content Creator

Sarah has been an integral part of FloridaRAMA’s story since 2021. Now serving as a freelance marketing consultant, content creator, graphic designer, and the official spokesperson for FloridaRAMA, she continues to shape the organization’s voice and visual identity. In her evolving role, Sarah leads content creation, develops branding strategies, and represents the organization through public-facing initiatives and community partnerships. With a strong foundation in journalism from UCF and a passion for immersive storytelling, Sarah brings a creative spark to every project. Originally from St. Cloud, Florida, she’s also an avid adventurer—often found swing dancing, hunting for shark teeth, kayaking, or filming underwater scenes.

Jessica Baird

Business & Parterships Manager

Jessica Baird is the Business Development & Partnerships Manager. She manages strategic growth initiatives and builds relationships that support the organization’s mission. Jessica brings experience in both the forensic and nonprofit sectors, along with an entrepreneurial background as an artist who has owned and operated a business selling her artwork for the past 6 years. She graduated from the University of Central Florida and has lived in Florida her entire life, staying closely connected to its communities.

Stephanie Grau

Events Manager

As the Events Manager at FloridaRAMA , Stephanie brings creativity, organization and community connection together to create unforgettable experiences inside one of St.Pete’s most immersive venues. With a background in events, hospitality and community engagement, she oversees private events, partnerships and guests experiences that capture the weird, the wacky and wonderful spirit of FloridaRAMA. Wether coordinating corporate gatherings, celebrations or immersive activations, Steph is passionate about making every event feel seamles, vibrant and memorable.

Oakley Mahlo

Morale Leader

Despite being the youngest member of FloridaRAMA at only a year old, Oakley plays a pivotal role in keeping spirits high and overseeing all of upper management. He wanders through the space with a wagging tail and lolling tongue, seeking out guides to give a reassuring kiss to. When he isn’t working onsite, Oakley travels home with his owner, Katelyn Maher, where he spends his time sleeping and rolling over for belly rubs. His favorite treats are sweet potatoes and chicken, and his favorite thing to do is go swimming at the beach!

Vibe Setter

FloridaRAMA’s one-of-a-kind, half-duck, half-horse dynamo who keeps the atmosphere weird, wacky, and wonderfully unpredictable. With a feathered tail and four hooves, Dorse embodies the best of both worlds—quacking through meetings with flair while galloping through creative brainstorms with unmatched energy.
