Can we host meetings?
Absolutely! FloridaRAMA is a unique setting for meetings, workshops, presentations, retreats & team-building events. Whether you’re planning a small brainstorming session or a company-wide gathering, we offer flexible spaces that inspire creativity & collaboration.
Do you have AV equipment?
Yes! We offer basic AV equipment, including microphones, speakers & presentation capabilities. If your event requires additional audiovisual services, we’re happy to help coordinate rentals through one of our preferred vendors.
Can we serve alcohol?
Yes. Alcohol service is available through our licensed bar partners. We offer a variety of bar packages, including beer & wine, full bars & specialty cocktails. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Can we bring our own caterer?
You’re welcome to work with one of our preferred catering partners or bring your own licensed & insured caterer. A venue coordination fee applies for outside catering.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Our venue can accommodate events of many sizes, from intimate gatherings of 20 guests to full-venue celebrations of up to 500 guests. We also offer smaller private spaces for meetings, birthdays & social events.
Is parking included?
Yes! There is on-site parking available for your guests, making it easy & convenient for everyone to attend your event.
Can guests explore the exhibits?
Absolutely! With a full buyout private event guests enjoy access to FloridaRAMA’s immersive art experience during their event. Guests are encouraged to explore the interactive exhibits, discover unique photo opportunities & experience everything that makes FloridaRAMA one of the most unforgettable event venues in St. Petersburg.
How long are rentals?
Our standard venue rentals are for 5 hours, this breaks down to 1 hr of set up, 3 hours of event time & 1 hr for breakdown. Additional time for setup, breakdown, or extended celebrations may be available based on your event needs and venue availability. Our team will work with you to create a timeline that fits your event.
