3. Tickets, Purchases, and Third-Party Services
The Site is primarily informational. We do not process ticket sales or retail transactions directly on the Site.
- Tickets are sold and fulfilled through FareHarbor, a third-party booking platform. All ticket purchases are subject to FareHarbor’s terms of service and privacy policy.
- Retail and merchandise are sold through our separate e-commerce store powered by Lightspeed. All retail purchases are subject to the terms and policies presented at the point of sale on that store.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or practices of these third-party services. Any disputes regarding purchases should be directed to the applicable platform and, where relevant, to us as the merchant of record.
